«Insomnia» fue el sencillo con el que promocionó el disco de «Grandes éxitos» de Craig David, siendo publicado el 17 de Noviembre del 2008 (en descargas digitales, una semana antes del lanzamiento del disco en Europa). La canción fue producida por Jim Beanz de Timbaland productions.

La canción ni siquiera llegó al TOP 40 británico, y se conformó con la posición 43.

El vídeo se estrenó el 31 de Octubre en el canal oficial de Craig David el 31 de octubre del 2008, siendo dirigido por Sarah Chatfield.
